'Coyote' Small Feather

The smallest feather I’ve managed to paint so far. Midnight Sentinel was 11.8cm in length and around 3.3cm wide. This however, is a mere 6.2cm in length with a width of just 1.6cm. As I mentioned before, I love seeing how small I can go. Hopefully I’ll get painting even smaller than this in future. Why? Because I can. LOL!
Btw, I apologize for the clumpy image (it’s really a lot smoother than this). My scanner just can’t handle things this small. It’s one of those that you’d have to see first hand in order to appreciate its true beauty (and to see the right colours that make up the painting that is). A coyote on a black francolin feather.
