A couple of character sketches that Ive been churning out whilst reading the book (the unabridged edition at last, this time with the character descriptions included!) These drawings are hardly dynamic, I know, but I really do love working on them. They give me the chance to show what I see of these characters and I wasnt too happy with the tooniness of my last two uploads (forcing myself to draw during an art-block makes the characters turn out ridiculous). As you can see, Ive given them a little more realism (and tamed Javerts eyebrows! Ha ha ha!)
So, from left to right: Javert, Marius, Valjean, Cosette, Gavroche and Enjolras.
Wait till I watch it! Then I'll be able to recognise all those characters. This happened with Phantom too You posted your artwork before I watched it, and I didn't understand any of them.

Yay! More artwork goodness! You really captured the kileness of the characters as described in the book
Makes me want to go to the bookstore and get a copy and read it without having to do any school projects for it this time

Oh my gawd... you are going to love the characters so much! I'm still plotting and planning where experiencing the show is concerned, but I love the musical already! I'd say Javert is the one who'll stand out straight away, thanks to the sideburns, top hat and coat... and stern face. XD
