When I told Marilyn ^Katmomma that all I’ve been able to draw lately has been little Toby heads, I wasn’t kidding!
This was meant to be a quick experiment but, well, time ran away with me. A rather generic Toby expression that would have been different had I drawn it on paper first, he suited as a tester for a set of new brushes that I recently got my mitts on and really wanted to try out! The brushes are a lot softer than the previous brushes I’ve been using, so allow me to blend colours more effectively and then work the fine details and textures over the top. In short, I love these brushes and think I’ll be using them as my base from now on! Poor Toby… he really should lighten up.
